I'm Jasmin Dana Kappler (JaDaKa for short), a product/industrial designer from Germany. On this website you will find an excerpt of my projects from my studies as well as freelance work.
In January 2023, I successfully completed my Bachelor's degree at the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam and am now continuing my studies there in the Master's program. I am interested in various facets of design. First, I am of course a passionate product designer, but I like to combine my knowledge with aspects from graphic design. My designs are visually minimalistic but designed with attention to detail and range from electronic hardware to publications. To design, I use a variety of techniques, from classic pen and paper drawings to CAD software to keyshot renderings. It is important to me to also produce models in the workshops with e.g. 3D printing, CNC milling or laser cutting. I have already worked in some of these areas as a student assistant at my university. It is important to always keep up with the times, but still not forget the traditional craft.
